​Working at a startup taught me how to make calls fast, with limited data and a lot on the line. Working at scale taught me something different: how to build systems that survive real complexity, how to work across large teams, and how to design for people you'll never get to talk to directly. I bring both of those instincts to every project.

I like getting into the problem before opening a design tool, working closely with product and engineering, and designing for the user without losing sight of the business problem. Lately I've been spending a lot of time thinking about AI, not as a trend, but as a genuine shift in how products get built and how designers can contribute earlier and more meaningfully.
